Is the 114ce model of taylor a good guitar? Why or Why not?

abby c asked:

Just wondering how good the 114ce model of Taylor guitars is. I know it's on the lower end of taylor, but is it a good guitar to start with after you know many first position chords and know how to play the single notes?

In all truth, I’ve NEVER heard one bad thing about Taylor guitars at all! I’d honestly expect ANY Taylor acoustic to be great!

    Check out the Larrivee line.
I played their rosewood lower end model (about $1000.00 and it was great.
I like it better than the Taylor but I’m a Martin player.
If you can swing it, a Martin HD28 can be had new on Ebay from Vintage Guitar in Oklahoma City.
Last guitar you will ever need. Maybe. ha ha
